Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set the rules for accessing coin-stacker.com, creating an account, using dashboard features, and interacting with Coin Stacker support, security, and operational workflows.

Key terms at a glance

  • Coin Stacker provides software and operational tools; it is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.
  • Crypto markets are volatile. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
  • You are responsible for account security, exchange permissions, trading decisions, and compliance with laws that apply to you.
  • You may not abuse the service, bypass security controls, misuse accounts, or attempt unauthorized access.

1. The service

Coin Stacker operates coin-stacker.com and provides account, dashboard, automation, visibility, membership, support, and operational tools for crypto-trading workflows. Features may include registration, authentication, dashboard access, exchange-connection management, bot configuration, membership checkout, support, and administrative controls.

Coin Stacker is an independent service. References to third-party exchanges, wallets, blockchains, OAuth providers, or trading platforms are for compatibility, integration, security, or educational context and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use the service in your location and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may require invite codes, email verification, OAuth authentication, re-authentication, or security review before allowing access to certain features. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity.

3. Trading risk and no advice

Digital assets and crypto markets involve substantial risk, including volatility, liquidity risk, loss of funds, technology failures, smart-contract risk, exchange outages, regulatory change, and user error. Past performance, screenshots, strategy descriptions, or historical examples do not guarantee future results.

Coin Stacker does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or trading advice. You must make your own decisions and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before using any trading tool or strategy.

4. Exchange access and API permissions

If you connect exchange credentials or trading-only API keys, you are responsible for permission scope, IP restrictions, exchange terms, and monitoring. You should not enable withdrawal permissions for automation workflows unless a feature expressly requires it and you fully understand the risk.

Coin Stacker does not custody your digital assets and does not guarantee availability, pricing, execution quality, exchange uptime, or blockchain settlement. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.

5. Membership, payments, and taxes

Memberships, trials, subscriptions, checkout flows, and payment instructions may change over time. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan, payment details, network, token, wallet address, order status, renewal rules, taxes, and fees before completing a transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are charged for access to software or services, not for guaranteed trading outcomes. Refund availability, if any, depends on the published checkout terms, support review, abuse controls, and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Coin Stacker to violate law, infringe rights, abuse infrastructure, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, distribute malware, impersonate others, or misrepresent trading results.

You may not sell, sublicense, copy, frame, or commercially exploit the service except through functionality that Coin Stacker expressly makes available to you.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, pricing, plans, integrations, or access where needed for security, maintenance, business, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is abuse, security risk, legal risk, non-payment, breach of terms, or activity that may harm users, Coin Stacker, or third parties.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Stacker disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, profitability, and trading outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Stacker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or trading-related losses, including lost profits, lost assets, loss of data, exchange failures, market movement, or unauthorized third-party activity.

9. Questions and updates

We may update these terms as the service, legal environment, pricing, security controls, or operating model changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@coin-stacker.com or through the contact page. Privacy questions should be reviewed together with the Privacy Policy.
